| Job Description | Our client a leading Training Provider is looking for a Customer Service Trainer provider to join their team. Excellent salary as well as FAB benefits and excellent career prospects. Job Description The main aim and responsibility of this role is to provide training and support to learners on Train to Gain and apprenticeships. Duties include: Delivery of relevant units to a caseload of learners in line with minimum required achievement rate. Preparation of course work Assisting with development and delivery of private training. Maximise any potential future business oppurtunities. Person Specification The ideal candidate will be a qualified trainer with the relevant experience. You will need to possess a minimum of A1 with key skills, together with ideally L&D Level 3 or equivalent. Ideally experience of Government Funded work-based learning preferred. This position is also available as Part Time.
